Affiliate Terms & Conditions – Almond Travel

Welcome to Almond Travel’s Affiliate Program!
Please read the following terms carefully before joining and promoting our services.

1. Registration & Approval

You must register for an affiliate account via our Affiliate Registration page.

We will review your application within 1–2 business days.

Almond Travel reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

You will receive a unique referral link to promote Almond Travel tours.

You may share the link on websites, social media, blogs, emails, or other appropriate channels.

You must not use false information, spam, or misleading advertisements about Almond Travel.

3. Commission & Payment Policy

  • Affiliates will earn commissions for successfully referring customers who book tours through Almond Travel’s system.

  • However, to ensure accuracy and prevent risks due to tour cancellations or changes in schedule, commissions will only be confirmed and paid after the customer has completed their tour.

  • Every month, Almond Travel will compile a report of all successfully completed bookings (tours that have already taken place), and proceed with commission payouts on a fixed date each month.

  • If a booking is canceled or the customer does not complete the tour, the corresponding commission will not be recorded or paid.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a customer cancels a tour or does not complete the payment, no commission will be counted.

If Almond Travel issues a refund to a customer, the corresponding commission will also be deducted.

5. Account & Termination Rights

You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share your account with others.

Almond Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may terminate your affiliate participation at any time by sending us an email request.

6. Policy Updates

Almond Travel reserves the right to update these terms and change commission rates at any time, with prior notice via email or our system.
